CaveauCRM is the integration layer that connects five open-source platforms into a single, automated business management system. Instead of logging into five different dashboards, toggling between tabs, and manually copying data between systems, CaveauCRM makes everything talk to each other — and uses AI to make sense of it all.

At its core, CaveauCRM connects SuiteCRM (pipeline and relationship management), FOSSbilling (invoicing, support tickets, and client accounts), Baikal CalDAV (calendar and scheduling), n8n (workflow automation), and CaveauAI (RAG-powered intelligence and natural language queries). When something happens in one system, the others know about it instantly through HMAC-signed webhooks and automated n8n workflows.

The AI layer indexes every client interaction — tickets, invoices, meetings, deals — into a searchable knowledge base. Ask "What happened with Client X last quarter?" and get a cited, accurate answer in seconds. Weekly health scores automatically flag at-risk clients before problems escalate. Urgent tickets trigger instant Telegram alerts. Deal closures automatically create billing accounts and book onboarding calls.

Everything runs on EU bare-metal servers. Your data never touches third-party cloud services. No vendor lock-in. No per-seat licensing. No data harvesting. Just your business, running on infrastructure you control.

How CaveauCRM Works

Step 1: Connect

SuiteCRM, FOSSbilling, Baikal CalDAV, n8n, and CaveauAI are deployed on your infrastructure and connected through secure API bridges with OAuth2 authentication and HMAC-signed webhooks.

Step 2: Hook

Eight event-driven webhooks capture every meaningful business event: new client signup, ticket created, ticket closed, deal won, invoice overdue, invoice paid, appointment booked, and client health check. Each event fires through n8n with full payload data.

Step 3: Automate

Six production workflows handle the automation chain: client onboarding sync, ticket intelligence ingestion, deal closure orchestration, invoice escalation sequences, satisfaction surveys, and weekly health score generation. No manual data entry. No forgotten follow-ups.

Step 4: Monitor

The AI layer continuously indexes all client interactions into a RAG knowledge base. Weekly health scores (green/amber/red) surface at-risk clients automatically. Natural language queries let you ask anything about any client and get cited answers in seconds.

Usage Examples

Scenario 1: New Client Signs Up

A new client registers on your FOSSbilling portal. CaveauCRM automatically:

  1. Creates a matching contact and account in SuiteCRM
  2. Sends a Telegram notification to the sales team
  3. Triggers a welcome email sequence
  4. Adds the client to the weekly health monitoring cycle

Scenario 2: Urgent Support Ticket at 2am

A client submits a critical support ticket through FOSSbilling. CaveauCRM:

  1. Ingests the ticket content into the AI knowledge base via RAG pipeline
  2. Detects the "urgent" priority flag
  3. Sends an instant Telegram alert to the on-call team with ticket details
  4. Creates a follow-up task in SuiteCRM assigned to the account manager

Scenario 3: Deal Won — Automatic Onboarding
